We give Nature’s Miracle Advanced Odor Remover a rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars.

Odor Elimination: 4.4/5
Ease of Use: 4.7/5
Price: 4.5/5

As a pet parent of any kind, dealing with stains and odors is a fact of life. There are quite a few remedies for removing pet odors and stains such as enzyme cleaners like Nature’s Miracle Advanced Odor Remover.

This brand has been around for 35 years, and for good reason. Generally speaking, the cleaner does a pretty job at what it claims to do. It is a really good product, though it isn’t a guarantee of success.

It’s surprisingly effective at removing odors, however, it is a little more hit or miss at getting rid of stains. As for the price point, it’s reasonable if you only need to use the cleaner occasionally. If you have a lot of pets and use it more frequently, it’s a good idea to consider investing in larger quantities to take advantage of wholesale-type savings.

Enzyme Formula Acts Fast to Break Down Odors

Nature has a way of being extremely effective. Pet urine was designed specifically to mark territory, and so it was designed to smell bad and stay that way as long as possible. That’s not great if you’re trying to get it out of your carpet, clothing, or upholstery—or anything you happen to find it on.

The enzymatic formula that is present in Nature’s Miracle Advanced Odor Remover is a way of using the effectiveness of mother nature to your advantage. Enzymes are very effective at breaking down any mess stain that has a biological component, and this Nature’s Miracle formula is a particularly strong version.

It works very well to remove odors relatively quickly. While the cleaning process only takes about 20 minutes to an hour, depending on if you repeat, the cleaner doesn’t stop working until you can’t smell it anymore. This usually takes somewhere between overnight and 2 days, depending on the scope of the mess.

Spray Bottle for Convenient Application

This formula is available in 2 sizes. The smaller is an 18oz spray bottle and serves most pet owners’ needs. Nature’s Miracle has conveniently packaged their sunny lemon scent formula in a spray bottle that has a feeling of quality to it.

The spray bottle itself is sturdy and doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart in your hands or leak. Pulling the trigger also applies a liberal stream or spray, depending on your preference. It’s a good spray bottle, it makes you want to use more—maybe that’s their marketing strategy, but it does simply have a decent ‘feel’.

Safe and Versatile

What we really liked about using this Nature’s Miracle Advanced Stain and Odor Remover enzyme formula is that despite how strong it is, it is very safe. This kind of biological warfare is microscopic and is safe for use around kids and animals.

As the formula is safe, it is also versatile and effective on not only carpets, upholstery, and clothing, but it’s also good on hard floors like tile and hardwood. Another little-known fact is that these enzyme cleaners aren’t only good for urine and feces. They are also great with dirt, soil, and anything else where microbiology is involved!

Spot Test Required

One thing that is important is to do a spot check on the material which you intend to clean somewhere discreet. Not all surfaces—especially fabric and carpet—are created equal. Depending on the makeup, condition, and age of what is being treated, it is possible to end up with slight discoloration. When this happens, the stain tends to also remain, so we definitely recommend doing the spot check on anything you intend to treat.

What the Users Say

The online reports that we came across essentially backed up our experiences with this product to a tee. It is very effective at removing odors and most customers online were very happy to sing the praise of this product.

A couple of things to note—Nature’s Miracle did recently change the fragrance as a part of making the product more effective. Not everybody who had used the product before was thrilled, but again, the vast majority were blown away by how effective this product is.
